Hi, I’m David Gleghorn, born in 1970 with a passion for sport, father of 3 amazing kids (Shania, Kelsey & Harley), living in the beautiful county of Northumberland in North East England. I also love to help people make breakthroughs in their life, having experienced first hand the power of this work.


My journey into personal development and change work began years back when I realised I had crippling fear of public speaking. Completely debilitating. At college I couldn’t even deliver a 2 minute feedback to 3 people in a room!! Now I speak in front of hundreds around the world.

I developed the ‘Becoming the ULTRA YOU’ programme from my years of study and helping people breakthrough and make HUGE changes in their lives - in sport, at work, and personally.


In the summer of 2023, I followed my own advice and at the age of 53 ran 100kms in 1 day with only 15 weeks of training. I previously hadn’t ran in years (and that had only been 5km max).

I don’t yet know where you’re currently at. Perhaps you think you’re at the extreme: “That sounds good but I’m already performing at my best”. Are you at your absolute peak of potential? Or are you performing at your optimum in the environment you’re in now, and perhaps playing currently in a smaller pond than you know you’re truly capable of? Would you like to take the next step? What would that even look like?...

Maybe you’re the opposite. “Who am I kidding, I could never do that”. Or could you?.... Go on the inside, and listen to that quiet, all knowing you. Not the constant chatterbox, that annoying inner chimp that normally puts you down. But that soft voice inside you that is now saying “maybe I could?” And the thing is, that voice is a different voice from the noisy naysayer – and you know it. It FEELS different.
